What information is needed to start?
A site plan or boundary, location, approximate site area, proposed project type, current project stage, target investor or lender, and any existing studies. Missing information can be developed as part of the scope.
Can Arcmax guarantee investment or funding?
No. We create professional development and investor-presentation materials, but do not guarantee capital raising, financing, approvals, operating performance or returns.
Can the project be kept confidential?
Yes. A mutual NDA can be signed before detailed files are shared. Confidential projects can also be shown anonymously in portfolios only with written permission.
Do you work entirely online?
Most international concept and presentation projects can be delivered through structured online workshops, file exchange and milestone reviews. Site visits can be quoted separately where required.
