Concept-stage services
Masterplans, diagrams, programs and visuals provided for investor presentations are concept-stage materials unless a contract expressly states otherwise.
Financial assumptions
Costs, revenues, occupancy, absorption, returns, IRR, NPV and payback information are preliminary scenarios based on stated assumptions. They must be independently validated.
No securities or fundraising advice
Arcmax is not acting as a broker, investment bank, securities advisor, lender or placement agent and does not solicit investments on behalf of clients.
Local code and approvals
International concept work must be reviewed and adapted by appropriately licensed local professionals before statutory submission, tender or construction.

Architectural images are illustrative and may change through design development, technical coordination, procurement and approvals.
